Reception staff very helpful as extremely cold in lobby. So let us sit in a warmer area. Very cold conditions for staff and patients.

Nothing, I was told to bring my 3 month old child, who was already full of cold up at 3.45 pm and was still waiting at 4.30 pm in a cold corridor the service provided is absolutely disgusting!!
